Toronto-based Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the world’s leading operator of hotels and resorts exclusively in
the luxury class, is planning to open its new resort in Scottsdale, AZ in December of this year.
Located adjacent to the renowned Weiskopf & Moorish-designed golf courses at Troon North, the new resort has
been designed to blend flawlessly with the surrounding environment and to preserve the beauty of the desert’s flora.
Its 210 rooms and suites will be arranged in one- and two-story southwestern casitas. The resort will feature a
choice of restaurants, a comprehensive fitness center and spa, four tennis courts and a 6,000-square-foot swimming
pool.
Guests at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale will have priority use of both the Pinnacle and Monument championship courses at Troon North, as well as guest privileges at the 32,000 square-foot award-winning Troon North clubhouse.
The Resort also will feature a 126-unit vacation ownership development.
Each two-bedroom villa offers more than (1,600 square feet) of living space, with living room, three bathrooms, full kitchen, separate dining area and at least two private balconies or terraces. Villas are equipped with every modern convenience and supported by exclusive owners' services such as catered in-villa dining.
The villas are all 2-bedroom lockout units, giving owners the option to divide their villa into two self-sufficient units, using the Master Suite and Guest Studio independently, to double their vacation time every year.
Vacation Ownership with Four Seasons offers all the amenities of a world-class Four Seasons Resort: access to
exceptional dining, acclaimed golf, pampering spa treatments, beaches and water sports at oceanside resorts, tennis
and other recreational features of the privately owned Four Seasons Resort, including the professionally supervised
Kids for All Seasons programme.
In addition, there is a private Resort Club owners' Clubhouse offering exclusive facilities such as a spacious
pool and whirlpool, separate children's pool, poolside café bar, club lounge and fitness studio - and its
own check-in area and Concierge services.
Owners may exchange time at their home resort for the right to vacation for the same length of time at other Four
Seasons Resort Club destinations. They may also redeem time at their home resort for credits towards stays at Four
Seasons hotels or resorts in other vacation destinations around the world, as well as the resorts in the Interval
International network.
The hotel itself, which will open prior to the opening of the timeshare villas, is arranged in 25 low-rise, territorial-style
casitas - 183 oversized guest rooms and 22 suites, each with patio or balcony and gas fireplace.
Most suites have private plunge pools and garden showers; some with Kiva fireplaces in the great outdoors. Two-bedroom
suites can seat eight for dinner. A casita unto itself, the 279 square-metre (3,000-square-foot) Pinnacle Suite
offers sumptuous space, privacy and towering views from the Resort's highest point. Special features include five
fireplaces and doors that open the interior to the extensive patios and pool deck.
