DEL MAR, CA--Winners Circle Resorts International Inc. (Del Mar, California) has selected Vacation Resorts International (Laguna Hills, California) as its management partner for Dolphin's Cove Resort (Anaheim, California).

"Roy Fraser (president of VRI) and I go way back to WCRI's very first resort, the Winners Circle Beach and Tennis Resort," said James M. Watkins, president of WCRI. "VRI was our very first management partner and the resort was the fastest selling timeshare in the country at the time. Now, 15 years later, we've come full circle and Roy and his management team are poised to bring our newest project, Dolphin's Cove Resort into the new millennium."

WCRI, established in 1981, specializes in the development, sales and marketing of quality vacation ownership resorts. The resort company includes ten Southern California and coastal resorts and more than 30,000 happy owners.

Vacation Resorts International has been in business since 1964. It is responsible for the management operations of 73 resorts nationwide totaling more than 160,000 intervals with nine of them located in Southern California.
