Promus Hotel Corporation has named
Ronald C. Muzii, Jr. as Vice President of Development for Promus Vacation Resorts (PVR). Mr. Muzii will focus on the expansion of PVR's timeshare portfolio, which includes the Embassy Vacation Resorts and Hampton Vacation Resort brands.

Muzii brings more than fifteen years experience in the acquisition and development of resorts and hotels. As a real estate broker in Florida, he facilitated the acquisition and/or financing of over $300 million in hotel,
timeshare and golf course projects and also has extensive experience in the development and sale of resort condominiums.
