MeriStar Hospitality Corporation Completes Renovation of Two Hotels
Re-Flags Properties in Annapolis, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia to Radisson Brand

WASHINGTON, DC -- MeriStar Hospitality Corporation (NYSE: MHX), the nation's third largest hotel real estate investment
trust (REIT), yesterday announced that it has converted the 219-room former Holiday Inn Annapolis in Maryland and
the 253-room former Ramada Plaza Old Town in Virginia to the Radisson brand. Respectively renamed the Radisson
Hotel Annapolis and the Radisson Hotel Old Town Alexandria, the hotels have undergone multi-million dollar renovation
programs. Both hotels are managed by MeriStar Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: MMH).

Situated on the western side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, the Radisson Hotel Annapolis is within minutes of the
city's historic district, which includes City Dock, the U.S. Naval Academy, William Paca House & Garden and
Quiet Waters Park. The newly renovated property has the largest outdoor pool in Annapolis, a fitness center, 12,000
square feet of meeting space, the Regatta Grille, Regatta Bar and complimentary shuttle service to local attractions.
The hotel also has five suites, each featuring a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave.
Located in the Old Town Alexandria Historic District, the Radisson Hotel Old Town Alexandria is adjacent to the
Potomac River and minutes from Washington, D.C. The hotel offers riverside views, complimentary shuttle service
to and from Reagan National Airport and Metrorail systems, and features the award-winning Chequers Restaurant &
Lounge. On the hotel's newly added concierge level, guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and evening reception
