LAS VEGAS, NV--The prestigious Canyon Ranch Health Resort in Tucson, Ariz., operator of the new Canyon Ranch SpaClub inside The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, was named "World's Best Spa'' according to the Sept. 1999 issue of Travel & Leisure magazine.

Also included in the "Top Spas'' category is Canyon Ranch, in the Berkshires in Lenox, Mass., which placed third.

"We are excited to see Canyon Ranch receive the accolades it well deserves, as the finest spa in the world,'' said Rob Goldstein, president of The Venetian. "The Canyon Ranch® SpaClub(TM) offers Venetian guests an unparalleled spa experience complementing the finest in resort hospitality with a luxurious all-suite product and a mix of premier retail and fine dining experiences,'' added Goldstein.
