STUART, FL -- Sterling Worldwide Corp. (OTC BB:STWW) announced Tuesday that it has completed a merger with Florida-based
Sun Quest International Development Inc., an internationally recognized golf resort development company.
Sun Quest President John Boyd has over 20 years of experience in construction, development, and project management
for clients around the world. Boyd's management team at Sun Quest is equally impressive, with decades of experience
and a wealth of industry contacts.
Boyd is quoted as saying: ``We are pleased to bring an operational, hands-on management style and strength to Sterling.
Our experienced personnel combined with the company's already significant resort holdings will provide a solid
platform to build and grow.''
This newly combined public company will operate as ``Sun Quest International Development Inc.'' and be based in
Stuart. The companies have over $50 million in prime real estate in Florida and Aruba, which includes the Tierra
del Sol Resort and Country Club, the company's flagship golf course resort development.
Tierra del Sol is Aruba's first and only world-class championship golf course and is situated on 600 acres of Aruba's
