Hyatt Rosemont Scheduled to Open in Early October

CHICAGO, IL--Hyatt Rosemont, Chicago's newest suburban hotel located near O'Hare International Airport, is scheduled
to open in early October. The 206-room hotel is owned and managed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
The $26 million dollar hotel was designed by VOA Associates Inc. and built by a joint venture of Power Construction
and Degen & Rosato Construction Company Inc.
"Since 1971, Hyatt has had a strong presence in Rosemont with the 1100-room Hyatt Regency O'Hare,'' said Jack
Horne, divisional director of sales. "This new hotel will bring an additional 206 Hyatt hotel rooms to the
area and Hyatt is happy to be a partner in Rosemont's prosperity,'' he continued. ``Hyatt Rosemont will also serve
as a convenient meeting place for members of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons attending continuing
education courses at the Orthopaedic Learning Center, which is adjacent to the hotel.''
The hotel will feature the River Terrace Cafe, a 160-seat, three meal restaurant and lounge. Hyatt Rosemont will
also offer room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as on and off-site catering for business and social
events. Complimentary shuttle service to and from O'Hare International Airport will be offered in conjunction with
Hyatt Regency O'Hare.
Hyatt Rosemont is located at 6350 N. River Road, at the corner of River Road and Devon Avenue in suburban Rosemont.
