MANILA, Philippines -- Noritake china in the dining room. Airport transfer in a luxury sport-utility vehicle. One

It's the first Oakwood Premier luxury ``serviced apartments,'' and it is opening in the prestigious Makati area
of Manila on Nov. 8, 1999.
Named Oakwood Premier Ayala Center, the property is the debut of the new luxury brand by Oakwood (www.oakwood.com),
