ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.-- Due to the success of its FridayFest at the Village, World Golf Village is expanding its
outdoor concert series through the end of August. FridayFest offers First Coast families and visitors a summer
full of free entertainment, including fireworks displays every Friday night.
Visitors are invited to grab a blanket or lawn chair and gather around the World Golf Village Lake for concerts,
food and special activities.
The summer schedule includes:
July 16, Not Tonight I've Got the Blues Band, 6-10 p.m. - This 10-piece blues band has been offering soulful rhythm
and blues to First Coast residents for 13 years.
July 23, Beale Street Taxi, 6-10 p.m. - Jacksonville-based Beale Street Taxi offers rhythm and blues sounds inspired
by blues legends B.B. King and Bo Diddley.
July 30, Luau Party with Pili Pili, 6-10 p.m. - The reggae sounds of Pili Pili will fill the Village at this luau
party featuring a pig roast and other great island food.
August 6, Slipped Mickey, 6-10 p.m. - FridayFest will welcome August with a concert featuring the jazz tunes of
Slipped Mickey.
August 13, Loston Harris, 6-10 p.m. - A featured artist at the White House, jazz crooner/pianist Loston Harris'
debut album has recently been featured in the Top Ten on jazz radio charts. Loston is back at the Village by popular
demand!
August 20, Mr. Natural, 6-10 p.m. - Featuring good-time rock & roll, Mr. Natural is an up and coming local
favorite and a new addition to the FridayFest lineup.
August 28, The Best of FridayFest, 3-11 p.m. - FridayFest's favorite entertainers will return for this grand finale
of World Golf Village's outdoor concert series.
