Statement From Fairfield Resorts To Its Members

Fairfield Resorts is taking every measure possible to fulfill the special needs of its members during this difficult period. Our call centers are open with operators available to answer questions and assist members in their travel requirements. In light of the recent tragedy, we have modified our cancellation policy to accommodate the special needs of members checking in through the end of September. Our resort managers are providing additional assistance to our owners and guests to help them in any way possible, including alternative travel arrangements for members wishing to depart while the nation is still under air travel restrictions. We are deeply saddened by the tragedy suffered by the U.S., and extend our deepest sympathies to those personally affected by these devastating events.
