RCI MEMBER ADVISORY

In light of the recent tragic events in our country, RCI is applying all of our resources to ensure that our members who are affected are helped in every possible way and experience the least possible inconvenience during this difficult time.

RCI has taken the following measures on behalf of our members:

• Immediately established crisis teams in each of our five global regions to review the status of all our members with plans involving travel to or from North America, bringing any possible assistance to ensure their comfort and meet their travel requirements;
• Maintained normal call center hours and staff levels to provide information and any other assistance to members, family members and friends;
• Reviewed inventory to make space available to those who may be forced to stay beyond their intervals;
• Suspended our normal cancellation policy for all members with immediate travel plans, and the need to change those plans as a result of this crisis.

RCI's sympathies go out to all those who have been touched by this atrocity and we extend our deepest condolences to any who might be suffering a personal loss as a result.
