Ritz-Carlton, the upscale hotel company once identified as Deer Crest's anchor, has appeared in another location
in Deer Valley.
Last month, the Park City Planning Department received an application for a Ritz-Carlton Condominium and Club at
7101 Silver Lake Drive in Silver Lake Village.
Tom Bennett, an attorney representing the project, said the proposed Ritz-Carlton would be built on the Last Chance
ski run and nearby the Silver Dollar run. It would be near Belle Arbor and below the Stag Lodge.
