DEERFIELD BEACH, FL -- EXA International, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: EXAI) announces the signing of a Charter/Purchase
Agreement for the vessel M/V Island Adventure between Marvest Shipholdings Corporation and EXA's subsidiary, CruiseUnit
Project, Ltd. The Vessel's delivery date is January 22, 2002.
Stanley Priskie, EXA's president, said, "This is the first of a fleet of Romantic Cruise Line ships that offer
the cruising public the opportunity to own cabins on a timeshared basis. The ship will be renamed ROMANTIC I and
registered in the Bahamas. The initial itineraries are being planned and will be announced when completed."
Priskie continued, "Our sales and marketing groups will start to offer the Cruiseshares cabins in mid-September
and anticipate revenues in the 4th quarter of this year. Northern Texas will encompass the initial sales thrust
and then expanding to other areas of the U.S., Canada and the U.K. The marketing group has had two sales training
seminars and has scheduled additional seminars for next week. This is the first timesharing of a cruise ship and
very few states have rules and/or regulations concerning the timesharing of a non-real estate asset. The Company
is concentrating its sales efforts in those states that do not require any sales pre-registration."
Statements in this release are made pursuant to the "Safe Harbor" provisions of the Private Securities
Litigation reform Act of 1995. Investors are cautioned that like forward-looking statements, certain risks and
