As you are no doubt aware by now, a lawsuit has been filed against the IVGID Board of Trustees by a group called
"2001 Beach Access, Inc.," that is headed by Charles Bluth, owner of the Cal Neva Resort.
2001 Beach Access, Inc. claims to be representing and acting on behalf of most if not all of the residents of
Crystal Bay as well as those Incline residents who do not have beach access.
