Club Regent Ft. Lauderdale Beach, an affiliate of world-renowned Regent International Hotels together with award-winning
designer Steven G., hosted a celebration in opulent style to celebrate the grand opening of the premiere Private
Residence Club, on Wednesday, March 28, 2001.
The soiree’s backdrop was the dazzling Atlantic Ocean, the food was lavish including a champagne and caviar bar,
and the sales centre and model, the focus of the celebration, were spectacular.
The oceanfront project, due to break ground in May, encompasses a 15 story building with 34 extravagantly designer
appointed apartments, each worth over $1 million, on the beachfront in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. William Govel, president
of MJQ Development, sole vision is, “to bring the finer points of life: luxury and pampering, five star service,
aesthetic appeal and natural beauty to the Ft. Lauderdale Beach area.” This has been accomplished not only in
the meticulously, detail oriented interiors and exteriors, but also in the efforts to maintain the epitome of elegance
harmonized with comfort.
If the chic bash was any indication of the elegance to come, South Florida is going to set a new standard in luxury.
