ORLANDO, FL -- Fairfield Resorts, Inc., one of the largest vacation ownership companies in the world, Monday officially
launched New FairShare Plus* Enhanced By RCI Points. FairShare Plus, Fairfield's points-based vacation ownership
system, has added this new external exchange program to provide members with increased flexibility and travel choices.
RCI Points, launched in December 2000 by Resort Condominiums International, LLC (RCI), is the world's only global
points-based exchange system, offering the greatest range of flexibility for timeshare owners. With New FairShare
Plus Enhanced By RCI Points, participating members at RCI-affiliated Fairfield resorts can now use their FairShare
Plus points for daily, split week or weekly accommodations at RCI Points-affiliated resorts around the world.
RCI Points also enables eligible FairShare Plus members to gain the ultimate flexibility in vacation planning through
Fairfield's new FairShare Plus PlusPartners program, through which members can use FairShare Plus points toward
airfare, rental cars, cruises, golf outings, hotel stays, theme park admissions and other travel products.

Fairfield Resorts was one of the first U.S. developers to introduce a points-based timeshare ownership and exchange
program with the launch of FairShare Plus in 1991. Today, the program has more than 175,000 members. FairShare
Plus points can be used to customize a vacation by destination, time of year, length of stay, and by villa size
and type. Points required for each option are based on demand, and points may be applied toward a single extended
stay or toward several shorter stay vacations at any Fairfield resort, according to established exchange rates.
