New faces at PD golf club

ROYAL Palm Springs Golf Club Port Dickson recently made several new appointments for its various departments.

Yum Siew Wah has been appointed as regional resort strategist with Tanco Resorts Berhad.

His main responsibility is to oversee the performance of Royal Palm Springs Golf Club and Resort in Port Dickson, Duta Vista Executive Suites in Kuala Lumpur and property management of Palm Springs development.

Prior to the appointment, Yum was executive housekeeper for several international hotel chains, and rooms division manager at Eden Garden Hotel, Johor Baru.

Raymond Loh Soh Quee and Mohd Abdul Shani Alhad Abdul Wahab are now the golf club's sales and marketing strategists.

They were previously Kids Superclub manager and sales and marketing strategist for golf respectively.

In their current positions, they are responsible for implementing plans for sales and marketing.

The golf club's new public relations strategist is Md Hairulnizam Mohamed Shah.

He has working experience in France. In his present position, Md Hairulnizam will be responsible for the resort's mission and maintaining relations with the media.

Muhammad Fauzi Baharuddin is another new sales and marketing strategist.

He will be targeting the wholesale group market by working closely with tour operators.

Previously, he was assistant front office manager at Eden Garden Hotel, Johor Baru.
