that Caribisch Gastvrijheid Beheer, N.V. has chosen Wyndham to brand the Sapphire Beach Club resort located on
St. Maarten in the Netherlands Antilles.

St. Maarten is located at the eastern edge of the chain of tropical islands that arc from Florida to Venezuela
and is part of the Netherlands Antilles that were previously colonies of the Netherlands. St. Maarten occupies
