REDMOND, WA -- Trendwest Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq:TWRI), yesterday announced the grand opening of its latest 140 unit,
condominium-style southern California resort, WorldMark at Oceanside Harbor.
The colorful four-story WorldMark at Oceanside Harbor is located within walking distance from the famed Oceanside
Harbor that offers a boat launch and six miles of beachfront. In addition to the outdoor swimming pool with spa,
the resort includes a recreation building with exercise equipment. Guests can relax in their view units that feature
fully equipped kitchens and private decks.
Asael Sandoval, a veteran hotelier with 20 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry,
will oversee operations at this latest property. ``We are very excited about our Oceanside resort and look forward
to being a strong partner and contributor to the future economic expansion of this great community,'' commented
Sandoval. ``We estimate that over the next twelve months more than 50,000 guests will enjoy the area's many recreational
opportunities and support our local merchants.'' In addition, resort guests can also surf at some of the local

Luis Rey de Francia. The resort is just a short drive south of San Clemente and north of San Diego.
To celebrate this event, the WorldMark at Oceanside Harbor will host local dignitaries at an on-site luncheon with
Bill Peare, President and CEO of Trendwest Resorts, Inc. on November 27th. Continuing the festivities, later that
day, the resort will hold an open house for WorldMark owners and members of the local business community.
