part of a strategic alliance between ResortQuest International and Interval Travel, two of the world's leading

ResortQuest International is marketing Interval Travel's resort properties on the ResortQuest Web site, http://www.resortquest.com.
The marketing alliance brings together ResortQuest International, the world's largest manager of vacation rental

For travelers, the combination greatly expands the lodging inventory on the ResortQuest site to nearly 150,000
vacation rental accommodations in over 400 resort destinations around the world. Vacationers can rent the Interval
