Boca Raton, FL -- Bluegreen® Corp. (NYSE: BXG), a leading developer and marketer of vacation ownership resorts,
golf communities, and residential land, has hired Martha De Falco as regional director of the Fort Lauderdale Call
Center. In her new position, De Falco will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the telemarketing
center.
The Fort Lauderdale Call Center generates tours and sell packages for six Bluegreen properties: Big Cedar Wilderness
Club in Ridgedale, MO; Lodge Alley Inn in Charleston, SC; Harbour Lights and Shore Crest Vacation Villas in Myrtle
Beach, SC; Laurel Crest in Pigeon Falls, TN; and Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The sales representatives
at the state-of-the-art call center contact prospective owners in a 150-mile radius of each city.
De Falco's initial objectives are to maximize efficiency at the one-year-old, state-of-the-art center. She will
redefine and set realistic goals and standards for the telemarketers, consistent with the vision of the corporation.
She will coordinate the development of management and plan strategies to increase the effectiveness of telemarketing
programs, and implement initiative innovative new programs designed to make use of opt-in leads provided to the
center. Her long-range goal is to ensure that the 200-seat center achieves maximum productivity generating tours
through the sale of mini-vacation packages that result in a higher quality prospect and a higher volume of sales
per touring guest.
Prior to joining Bluegreen, De Falco spent five years at the Manhattan Club, where she served as director of telemarketing.
During her 10 years at Resorts USA in Pennsylvania, she held the position of telemarketing manager.
