SAN DIEGO, CA -- Resort Communications Inc., a leading provider of many financial, marketing and administrative
services in the vacation ownership and resort industry has created a new department, Marketing Services, and named
Georgi Bohrod as director.
The newly formed department will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of all corporate public relations, advertising and marketing. In addition to furthering Resort Communications' image and name recognition, the department will design and create collateral materials for the company's growing client Owner Referral Department. The Marketing Services Department is also available for public relations, collateral development and advertising services for Resort Communications clients.
Directing the department is Georgi Bohrod. Ms. Bohrod's highly regarded work spans nearly two decades in the vacation ownership industry. Her first industry affiliation was with Winners Circle Resorts International (Del Mar, California) where her responsibilities covered public relations, specialty marketing, owner referral and collateral development. For the past nine years she has had her own firm, Georgi Bohrod and Associates. Her client list included timeshare and resort clients throughout the United States and Mexico.
A recipient of numerous awards, including two ARDY's (the American Resort Development Association's highest
level of recognition for specific achievement), Bohrod says "I look forward to working closely with Resort
Communications president, Jeff Healy and Director of Business Development, Dave Danneberg, in all areas of marketing
and communications. I welcome the entrepreneurial nature of this new position and the opportunities of growing
a new department within an established company."
