Temples Interiors sold to Honolulu architects

ORLANDO -- In an acquisition that is sending ripples through the local design community, Orlando-based Pamela Temples Interiors Inc. is being acquired by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, an internationally renowned architectural design firm specializing in the hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

"I think it shows that the overall depth and breadth of design talent in Central Florida has never been stronger and is on a level of any other area of the country," says Calvin Peck, a principal at VOA Associates Inc. "It also shows this marketplace is perceived as being very strong, vibrant and the future."
