Effective immediately, Blake Plumley has sold Sun Fun Vacation Club, Inc. (SFVC) to Rick Chapman. The Myrtle Beach,
SC-based club was purchased by its former Director of Sales for an undisclosed sum and will continue operations
as usual with a few minor administrative changes.
"Rick Chapman is one of the quality people in the Timeshare Industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience with him. His past experiences in the business with Bluegreen as well as with owning and operating a
general real estate company in the upstate of South Carolina will serve him well as he leads the club into the
future," said Plumley, the former owner, who sold the membership based club in order to pursue other market
development opportunities.
Chapman, who was formerly Director of Sales for the club, had left Bluegreen's Lodge Alley Inn in Charleston,
SC to pursue an ownership interest in the company. Said Chapman, "It was our plan from day one that Mr. Plumley
sell me the vacation club at some point. That was the main reason I came on board at the inception of the club,
to eventually own it; however, I did not expect Mr. Plumley to sell out in full this soon. He (Plumley) engineered
a remarkably cost effective business plan that emphasizes off-site selling and its extremely low tour cost. With
this plan in place, we should see even greater returns as we refine the regional marketing efforts to further target
our audience.
"Everyone here wishes Mr. Plumley the best of luck in his future endeavors and is sad to see him go. But at
the same time, we are happy for the opportunity that this sale represents, and are excited to be able to take Sun
Fun Vacation Club and bring the program to our clients and future clients. With the existing structure firmly in

Sun Fun Vacation Club, Inc. is a Myrtle Beach, SC membership based vacation club that allows its members to pre-purchase
vacation packages at substantial discounts over the retail market by utilizing excess timeshare inventory as well
as wholly owned inventory in key markets.
