MESQUITE -- The Casablanca hotel-casino in Mesquite is in the process of adding 15 timeshare units, a project that
should be complete in early June.
The Casablanca will have 27 timeshare units when complete. Jerry Ransdell, the project's broker, estimated the
three-story project will cost $1.5 million.
"Timesharing is becoming more popular with hotel chains," Ransdell said. "It's just a complement
to the hotel. We sold out of the initial (12), so we needed additional ones to sell."
