FORT MYERS, FL -- A veteran recruiter with more than a decade of combined real estate and vacation ownership experience
has joined an international search firm specializing in the timeshare and hospitality industries.
Kelly Kilkelly has recently joined Executive Quest, Inc. as an executive recruiter, responsible for the placement of top executives in the timeshare industry. Kilkelly joins the growing organization after 15 years with a Fort Myers and Tampa, Florida placement firm. She also has experience in the sale of both whole ownership and timeshares, as well as resales and mortgage banking.
Headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, Executive Quest recruits and places top executives such as project directors, sales and marketing directors, vice presidents and even company presidents.
According to Kilkelly, Executive Quest works on a contingency basis. Fees, which are about 25% of the first year's remuneration, are paid by the client, not the candidate. Fees are not charged until the candidate is placed with a firm. Salaries paid to mid-level and key executives generally are in the six-figure range.
