MIAMI, FL -- Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc. (SVO) has selected Interval International as external exchange provider
for the Starwood Vacation Network (SVN.) The agreement includes all new SVO projects added to SVN. In addition,
Interval's related company, Interval Resort and Financial Services, assisted SVO in the design of its network.

Through SVN, SVO owners can also create unique vacations using their internal exchange privileges at a growing
collection of Westin® and Sheraton®-branded vacation ownership resorts. Based on the StarOption value
of their villa, owners may choose other resorts in SVN, based on the villa type, the travel date and length of
stay selected. This allows owners to trade from a Westin Vacation Ownership Resort to a Sheraton Vacation Ownership
Resort and vice versa, from one season to another, or from one villa type to another. SVN allows members to convert
their vacation villa into SPG Starpoints, which can be used for free nights in Starwood hotels, free flights with
27 airline partners' frequent flyer programs, cruises, car rentals and merchandise at stores such as Lands End
and Sharper Image®.
