Alan Grindstaff, CEO for MasterCorp, in making the announcement said, "We are extremely excited about working with these new resort locations, with all of them bringing additional name brand recognition to our portfolio of resorts. The Ocean Walk Development is our first entry in the Daytona Beach market and we are looking forward to the next phase opening in the future. Additionally, Grand Desert is our 3rd Las Vegas property, along with Polo Towers and Ramada Vacation Suites, and the future for that market is quite promising also.

"We have been established in Branson for several years, and are very pleased to be working with Sunterra as well," Grindstaff added. "We are on target for achieving our anticipated growth for 2001 and are already aggressively planning to exceed that goal next year."
