In the course of the integration process of Preussag's tourism holdings, an increasing priority is being placed
on harmonisation and integration of information technology.
Preussag AG has therefore created the post of head of IT Strategy/CIO in its future holding structure, with responsibility
for Group IT strategy of tourism holdings, and strategy implementation.
Heinz Kreuzer (46), management spokesman of TUI InfoTec, is now also responsible, in addition to his present tasks,
for the functions of head of IT Strategy/CIO.
Mr Kreuzer will report to Sebastian Ebel, management board member for the »Revenue Control/IT/Business Travel/New
Media« division.
At the same time, Mr Kreuzer will also chair a newly established group IT Board, made up of the IT officers in
the source markets. Working in close consultation with the heads of tourism business divisions, the group IT Board
will define IT strategy and control IT project implementation. The goal is to optimise resource allocation and
implementation speed throughout the group.
