CROSSVILLE, TN -- MasterCorp, Inc. announced today that they have received a contract for housekeeping services
at the Cliffs at Peace Canyon, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scheduled to open December 28th, the property is being
managed by Daily Management, a division of the Berkley Group, which operates numerous wholly and jointly owned
timeshare resorts nationwide, including Williamsburg Plantation in historic Williamsburg, Virginia, as well as
Massanutten Four-Season Resort in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.
MasterCorp, based in Crossville, TN., is the largest provider of resort housekeeping services in the country,
serving over 80 POAs at resorts in 12 states, representing nearly 10% of available timeshare unit inventory.
Alan Grindstaff, CEO for MasterCorp, in making the announcement said, "We are extremely excited about adding
the Cliffs at Peace Canyon to our existing portfolio of Las Vegas properties. We have been established at Polo
Towers for over 4 years and have obtained housekeeping contracts at Ramada Vacation Suites and Grand Desert during
the past 2 years.
"Resort development in this market continues to look promising as well," he added.
MasterCorp provides housekeeping services for RCIM/ Fairfield Resorts, Marriott, Sunterra, and many other independent
resort locations, including Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. and Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Club in South
Carolina.
