John E. Borger Appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of RCI

PARSIPPANY, NJ -- Resort Condominiums International, LLC (RCI) announced yesterday the appointment of John E. Borger as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of RCI.

In his new role, Borger will be responsible for all legal and tax issues affecting or arising from RCI's businesses, including acquisitions, divestitures, alliances and partnerships; new business development; network services; claims and litigation; federal and state regulation and compliance; state and local real estate issues; federal and state tax issues; real estate and other licenses; ethics; and the impact of legal issues on the company's operations policies and procedures in general.

Borger joins RCI from Cendant Mobility Services Corporation, the world's largest global mobility management company, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since January 1995.

Borger graduated from Dickinson College in 1974 and Fordham University School of Law in 1982. Borger was admitted to the Connecticut Bar that same year and to the New York Bar in 1983.

Based in Parsippany, NJ, he currently resides in Ridgefield, Conn. with his wife and two children.
