Forus Management a privately held US company is announcing the initiation of FFOP (The Forus Fractional Ownership Program) by the last quarter of 2001

Press Release: Forus Management & Ideal Hotel.
August 7, 2001
PARIS, FRANCE -- FFOP is a revolution in the world of hotel travel, for the first time in the history of tourism, customers will be able to purchase their hotel accommodation for the next 50 years for an attractive price of between $2500-$3000 plus a $150-$190 yearly service charge.

FFOP will provide its customers with a superior tourist class hotel room with all its facilities, with the exception of having the luxury to own it and use it any time through out the year. Forus Management selects its hotels on site, making sure that the room will have all the facilities of a comfortable standard 2 or 3 star hotel room in Paris and around the world. Moreover, when a client purchases a room in Paris, Madrid, Rome, New Delhi, India or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil they will have full access to the other locations for a nominal-swapping fee. We have created a swapping program to make this feature possible. Hence, worldwide lodging at a very low cost will be within the financial capabilities of nearly everyone.

FFOP represents savings of 40% to 70% for individuals and businesses alike over regular hotel costs. It cuts the travel expense budget by reducing planning and logistics, as well as reducing the hassle of securing hotel accommodation during busy demand periods. Moreover, FFOP does not mean an obligation to pay a service charge for the next 50 years. Once the room is purchased a cancellation of the week can be arranged and no annual payment made with a 60 day advanced notice. In addition, through FFOP our clients will have the flexibility to divide their week (s) into smaller portions throughout the year with 60 days advanced notice.

FFOP does not only benefit the customer; it also helps the supplier, meaning the hotel owners. With the Forus Fractional Ownership Program the hotel owner(s) can sell only their excess capacity or all of their capacity*, providing the hotel with an up front payment plus an annual service charge related to the rooms sold. The Forus Fractional Ownership program will help hotel owners recoup their initial investment faster and stabilize revenue in a typically seasonal business.

Currently Forus Management has secured more then 1800 weeks for sale in Paris, France and the company is in talks around Europe and the world with hotel owners to sell their capacity through the Forus Network to offer customers the opportunity to swap their weeks or days with different locations. Furthermore, Forus Management is in negotiations with major online travel sites to promote FFOP globally by offering joint marketing initiatives and attractive sales packages.

Ideal Hotel in Paris, France, the first hotel to join the Forus network, has been extremely satisfied with the progress of operations. The preparations for full launch have been on schedule and the hotel has offered to sell half its capacity through FFOP. Forus Management through FFOP plans to make hotel travel easier, less expensive and of consistently higher quality.

Forus Management was formed in May 2001 by Mr. Nawar Alsaadi a former hotel marketing director and Mr. Donnie Moseley a former executives advisor. Forus Management focuses on developing mature industries through innovative concepts to accelerate growth and enhance profitability. Currently the company is in the process of raising funds to purchase hotels around Europe in order to have better control over operations and quality.

* By full capacity we mean 90% maximum since 10% of the rooms will always be available to allow space for customers to swap weeks between different hotels and locations.
