ORMOND BEACH -- A Georgia woman celebrating her birthday in her hotel room died early Saturday after she fell five
stories from a balcony and landed in a parking lot, police said.
Tracey Bryant, 40, of Bonaire, Ga., was staying with her boyfriend and 10-year-old son at Ron Jon Resorts Ormond
Beach, 145 S. Atlantic Ave. When police arrived about 2:11 a.m., they found the boyfriend, Anthony Roman, also
40, kneeling over her body, said Ormond Beach police Sgt. George Coluccio.
Roman told police that before her fall Bryant walked out to the balcony and sat on the railing, Coluccio said.
Roman said he was sitting beside the bed when he looked up and saw her arm as she slipped over the side.
