HotelQuest International Refunds Reservations

Press Release: HotelQuest
September 12, 2001
PITTSBURG, CA -- HotelQuest International Inc. (www.hotelquest.com) moved quickly yesterday morning to respond to the national crisis caused when two aircraft crashed into the World Trade Center in New York by providing its customers with easy access to refunds and cancellations and by implementing a new toll free customer request telephone number (800-600-6333). The company is working with its hotel partners to streamline all refund requests for customers who are unable to get to their designated hotels because of the nationwide stoppage of all commercial flights.

HotelQuest President Mark Merani said, "In this time of crisis, we at HotelQuest will work hard to remove any burdens from those who are impacted by this senseless act. We will circumvent our normal refund policy that offers full refunds within 72 hours of a hotel stay, and instead fulfill refund requests for those traveling within the next 48 hours," he said.
