been renamed NORTHSTAR Travel Media LLC.
NORTHSTAR Travel Media LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston Ventures Management, Inc. which completed the
purchase of Cahners Travel Group on Sept. 28, 2001. Boston Ventures is a leading private equity firm focusing on
the media, entertainment and communication industries.
