RAMSEY, NJ -- AlphaNet Hospitality Systems Inc., the leading supplier of in-room business services to the lodging
industry, announced yesterday a licensing agreement for The Office(TM), with Trety Limited Hong Kong, a worldwide
distributor of communications equipment. This agreement marks the first time that The Office will be available
to the European market.
Trety Ltd. Hong Kong will sublicense The Office, a multi-functional work center that includes a PC with Internet
access, laser printer, fax machine, photocopier and laptop printing facility, to its wholly owned subsidiary, Trety
Hospitality UK Ltd. Trety Hospitality serves all of Western Europe, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Under this agreement Trety Hospitality has permission to run, operate and use AlphaNet's technology, brand names
and trademarks.
Capitalizing on the first-time availability of The Office in this new market, Trety Hospitality UK Ltd. has announced
that the first European installation of The Office will be at The Hotel Bristol Stephanie, a luxury hotel located
in the heart of Brussels, Belgium. Trety Hospitality is also in discussions with several UK-based hotel chains
and management companies.

Trety Hospitality UK Ltd. will undertake the full provisioning of The Office to the European hotel market including
configuration, testing and support of the product. An exclusive product of AlphaNet, The Office is a self-serve,
credit card activated business center with a feature-rich, user friendly interface. It is usually located in the
central lobby and is available to hotel guests 24/7.
Trety Hospitality UK Ltd. will customize The Office to suit the European marketplace including the handling of
European-based credit cards such as the Eurocard. The PC and other peripheral equipment will be procured locally
to ensure full system support. Since 1994, Trety Hospitality has distributed InnFax, a version of AlphaNet's InnRoom
Business Center found in many US hotels.
