FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- Extended Stay America, Inc. (NYSE:ESA) recently announced that Darrell Dulak has been promoted
from Area Manager to District Manager and will oversee the operations of five Wisconsin-based extended-stay hotels.
Dulak will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing General Managers, as well as managing the financial,
administrative and operational standards of the hotels and promoting employee recognition programs.

Prior to his new position, Dulak was an Area Manager for Extended Stay America, Inc. in southern Wisconsin. He
also served as a General Manager of two Extended StayAmerica Efficiency Studios located in Waukesha, Wis. and Appleton,
Wis. Dulak attended the University of Wisconsin - Stout where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality
Management with a minor in Property Management.
