Press Release: Yamamoto Moss
May 4, 2001
MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Yamamoto Moss announced yesterday that it will conduct an Experience Audit and develop brand
strategy for Tremblant Ski Resort, Quebec, Canada, an Intrawest resort. In this role, the Yamamoto Moss team will
assess the current guest experience at Tremblant by gathering key customer insight using methods derived from the
principles set out by Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore in their book, The Experience Economy. This insight provides the
foundation for the development of strategies to identify new revenue streams, events, and opportunities to effectively
differentiate the Tremblant brand.
``Intrawest is known for its innovative thinking about the guest experience,'' said Michel Aubin, president, Tremblant.
``Our association with Yamamoto Moss and the application of The Experience Economy will help us create a plan that
takes Tremblant to the next level, creating a memorable place for our guests to return again and again.''
``We are excited about our new relationship with Tremblant and the opportunity to showcase the power of enhancing
guest experiences to build strong brands,'' said Hideki Yamamoto, principal, Yamamoto Moss.
Yamamoto Moss works with many leaders in the travel and recreation industry. Engagements with Royal Caribbean International,

digital agency of record for Celebrity Cruises, Inc., a division of Royal Caribbean International.

joie de vivre.
