LOS ANGELES, CA -- Sonnenblick-Eichner Company is pleased to announce that it has arranged $20,000,000 in first
mortgage financing for The Monarch Beach Golf Links, an 18-hole championship Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course,
located on the Pacific ocean in Dana Point, California. Sonnenblick-Eichner arranged construction financing for
the $250,000,000 hotel earlier this year.
The Monarch Beach Golf Links is located within the new 400-room, St. Regis Monarch Beach Hotel and Resort. The
course is improved with a Golf Clubhouse, pro-shop, indoor dining facilities, and an outdoor patio deck, offering
views of the golf course, mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. The Monarch Beach Golf Links are being upgraded and
redesigned by world renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson, and managed by Troon Golf.
