ATLANTA, GA -- Western Arkansas Lodging, Inc. and Atlanta-based US Franchise Systems (USFS), parent company of
the franchisors of the Best hotel chain, have opened a Best Inn & Suites hotel at 5711 Rogers Ave. in Fort
Smith, Arkansas. There is currently a Best property open in Jonesboro, Ark.

The two-story, 136 room Best Inns & Suites hotel in Fort Smith features single, double and suite accommodations,
expanded cable television with CNN, ESPN and HBO, daily complimentary hot breakfast buffet, outdoor pool with sundeck,
on-site restaurant, lounge and fitness center. Guests can also enjoy free local phone calls and membership in the
Best Traveler frequent guest program. In addition to being less than two miles from Fort Smith Regional Airport,
the hotel is two blocks from Central Mall, three miles from the Old Fort Barrell Futurity and the Arkansas and
