are very excited about this project. Berlin is one of the major cities of the world and we have long wanted to
substantially increase our presence in this important market. We are thrilled with this project which holds significant

For dining and entertainment, the Berlin Marriott Hotel will have four food & beverage outlets including a
specialty restaurant, a casual restaurant, a lobby bar and a theme bar.
Recreational amenities will include a fitness center with sauna, a whirlpool, a juice bar and an indoor swimming
pool. The hotel will also offer an executive level and lounge, 24-hour room service, a business center, in-room
mini-bar, laundry/valet service, an airline/car rental/tour desk, a barber and beauty shop, a gift shop and parking
