Partners with Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI) to Launch Hotel Industry's First Automated Expense Report Solution for Business Travelers at All AmeriSuites & Wellesley Inn Properties

FAIRFIELD, NJ -- In an effort to provide superior service for business travelers, eliminate paperwork and lower administrative travel costs for corporate clients, Prime Hospitality Corp. (NYSE: PDQ) has introduced an innovative E-Folio Program, a paperless method for collection and distribution of hotel folio information from corporate travelers to their home offices for immediate expense report generation.

Prime is the first hotel company to offer this new innovation at all 203 of its properties within the AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites proprietary hotel brands. E-Folio is part of a larger solution developed and implemented by Multi-Systems, Inc. MSI's Corporate Track provides central reporting for frequency club administration, data warehousing and reporting designed to enhance Prime's yield management, revenue management and guest experience initiatives.

E-Folio's first application is currently serving over 130,000 traveling IBM employees, but MSI and Prime have developed a method that can be applied to other corporate customers as well. The E-Folio technology currently allows IBM employees to stay at any of Prime's AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites hotels and have their expenses automatically reported to IBM. Corporate Track is an extension of MSI's Property Management System (PMS) and has been developed with the ability to assist any Prime corporate client who requests these new services.
