WILLIAMSTOWN, MA -- A local landmark renowned as the only warm mineral spring spa operating in Massachusetts is
being offered for sale, bringing 51 years of a family enterprise to a close.
The Sand Springs Pool and Health Spa, owned and operated by Fred and Helen George since June 1950, has been listed
with Steepleview Realty agent Jennifer Segala with an asking price of $750,000, according to Segala.
A favorite recreation spot for locals, the spa has attracted its share of the rich and famous since the family
purchased the property, Helen George said.
