CHICAGO, IL -- Coastal Hotel Group, a Chicago based full-service boutique hotel management company, is pleased
to announce its newest properties, the Beverly Crescent Hotel, a luxury property located in the heart of Beverly
Hills, and Sunset Waters Beach Resort, an all-inclusive resort in Curacao, Netherland Antilles.
The Beverly Crescent Hotel is a contemporary boutique hotel complete with a European breakfast and afternoon tea
recently purchased by an investor group led by Ron Mason, Greg Peck and Ron Fuhrman. The hotel is located in the
Golden Triangle, just steps away from trendy Rodeo Drive’s exclusive shops and restaurants and cultural activities.
The guest rooms at the Beverly Crescent are newly decorated in wicker and wood furniture with chic decorative
touches. The property complements Coastal’s other California properties under management.
Sunset Waters Beach Resort, owned by Chicago real estate entrepreneur Bismark Brackett, is the first all-inclusive
property to be added to the Coastal Hotel portfolio. The property features a large secluded beach with a casino
on-property. The guest rooms have spectacular sunset views of the water and private balconies.
Located at a famous Caribbean dive site, the resort offers water sports including a full-service dive shop, kayaking
and snorkeling.
