BILOXI, MS -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE) officials announced yesterday the appointment of a new
executive staff member.
J. Jeff King recently accepted the position of vice president and general manager of the Isle of Capri Casinos,
Inc. Boonville, Mo. property. King will be responsible for managerial and administrative duties of the property,
which is currently under construction and scheduled to open fall 2001.
King most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Harrah's Hotel & Casino, Vicksburg,
Miss. He also held the position of general manager of Grand Casino, Coushatta, La.
King was graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, with a bachelor of science in accounting.
He also received his license as a certified public accountant 1990.
Active in community events, King has participated on the board of the United Way of West Central Mississippi as
well as a commission for the redevelopment and of downtown Vicksburg, Miss. King is a native of Maryville, Mo.
and will reside with his family in Boonville, Mo.
Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. owns and operates 14 riverboat, dockside and land-based casinos at 13 locations, including
Biloxi, Vicksburg, Tunica, Lula, and Natchez, Mississippi; Bossier City and Lake Charles (two riverboats), Louisiana;
Black Hawk, Colorado; Bettendorf, Davenport and Marquette, Iowa; Kansas City, Missouri; and Las Vegas, Nevada.
