HVS International Continues Growth in 2001: Addition of New Division and New Office

Stephen Rushmore, president and founder of HVS International, has announced the addition of a new division and new office location.

1) HVS Convention, Sports & Entertainment Facilities Consulting provides economic and financial consulting and advisory services to public agencies and private developers. Under the direction of Tom Hazinski, a renown consultant, highly recognized by rating agencies, bond insurers, and Wall Street investors, HVS now provides rigorous analysis for the planning, financing and operations of these types of products. Tom has performed feasibility analysis and tax revenue projections for convention centers, stadiums, arenas, civic centers, motor sports facilities, tourism attractions, fairgrounds, museums, and other economic development initiatives. 2) HVS International also recently opened its third Latin American office in Buenos Aires. This office will be headed by Arturo García Rosa, a highly experienced and recognized hospitality consultant in Argentina. Arturo has been involved in hundreds of projects worldwide, and has held positions in Argentina has a hotel general manager, a cruise line managing director, and president of Argentina's tourism promotion association.
