ATLANTA, GA -- Pittsford, N.Y.-based Indus Hospitality, LLC has opened New York's 12th Microtel Inns & Suites
hotel at 270 South Cascade Drive in Springville. There are currently Microtel hotels open in Albany, Auburn, Baldwinsville,
Batavia, Buffalo (two), Rochester, Seneca Falls, Syracuse, Victor and Watertown, N.Y. Microtel Inns & Suites
is the all newly-constructed, budget hotel chain.
``Microtel properties deliver value and quality, along with the basics so the value-conscious guest doesn't have
to pay for the things he or she doesn't use,'' said Vinay Patel, vice president of brand marketing for Microtel.
Atlanta-based US Franchise Systems is the parent company of the franchisors of the Microtel hotel chain.
The two-story, 60-room Microtel Inn & Suites hotel in Springville offers single, double and suite accommodations,
all with queen beds. Amenities include expanded cable television with CNN, ESPN and HBO, complimentary daily breakfast,
voice mail and meeting facilities. The hotel is 10 miles from Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, 15 miles from Holiday
Valley Ski Resort, 20 miles from downtown Buffalo and the Buffalo Airport, and close by numerous local restaurants.

with Indus Foods, Inc., which owns and operates the Ponderosa Steakhouse chain in New York and Pennsylvania, including
a Springville store.
