BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Hilton Hotels Corporation has announced the conversion of the 184-room Surfcomber Hotel in
Miami Beach, Fla., to the Doubletree® Surfcomber Hotel - Miami - South Beach, representing another addition
to the Doubletree brand's portfolio of hotels, guest suites, club hotels and resorts.
Formerly a Hampton Inn® property, the Doubletree Surfcomber Hotel - Miami - South Beach is owned by Chisolm
Properties South Beach Inc., and managed by Hilton Hotels Corporation.

The Doubletree Surfcomber Hotel - Miami - South Beach has been totally restored to its historic Art Deco-style
decor and lies directly on Miami Beach's world-famous South Beach, with total access to the year-round, warm waters
of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
