STOWE, VT -- Springer-Miller Systems is proud to announce that Ka'anapali Beach Hotel, located in Hawaii, has installed
the SMS|Host Hospitality Management System.
An ideal setting for a memorable Hawaiian vacation experience, the 430-room Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is majestically
set on a three mile stretch of white, sandy beach along the sunny western shores of Maui. The hotel has been recognized
as the State's Most Hawaiian Hotel by the Waiaha Foundation, and Hawaii's Best Value by the readers of Travel &
Leisure Magazine. The property boasts a wide array of recreational activities including an extensive program of
Hawaiian cultural classes, nightly entertainment, a children's program, and three restaurants.
Ka'anapali Beach Hotel chose Springer-Miller Systems because of their desire to provide superior guest service
and have total software integration at their property. According to General Manager Mike White, "As the Most

Managers at the property were most impressed by Springer-Miller's SMS|World internet reservations module. SMS|World
enables properties to gain virtually unlimited exposure on the internet, while providing the ability to capture
marketing information about consumers who request brochures and book hotel rooms. The real-time capability of SMS|World
adds the convenience of booking online, a plus given the hotel's worldwide appeal and customer base.
In addition to SMS|Host front office system, Ka'anapali Beach Hotel has also installed several of Springer-Miller's
optional modules including Multi-Property Management, Resort Scheduling, Activities, Retail POS, SMS|Touch for
fine dining, and SMS|World, for internet reservations.
