Two Coastal Living Idea Houses Open September 1 in Watercolor

BIRMINGHAM, AL -- Two new Coastal Living Idea Houses will be open September 1 in WaterColor, a new Southern coastal community in Northwest Florida developed by Arvida, the community development arm of The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE - news). The houses are located in Rose Garden Mews, one of the nine neighborhoods within the first phase of WaterColor, and will be featured in the November/December issue of Coastal Living on newsstands October 30.

Visitors can tour the houses Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The houses are closed on Monday. A portion of the $5 admission will benefit the United Way of Okaloosa/Walton Counties.

The Idea Houses will remain open through January 6, 2002. The plans for the homes will be available after September 1 from the Coastal Living House Plans Service at 800/755-1122.
